By founding the law firm jtPETERS, I want to create a law firm that provides highly specialized and excellent professional advice in family law and has arrived in the digital age. The human relationship with my clients is my top priority. As direct contact with my clients is particularly important to me, I have deliberately decided not to have a secretariat. I am easily reachable myself: on my office cell phone, on WhatsApp or by e-mail.

The work processes are completely digital and paperless. This enables fast communication and processing. Thanks to my digital way of working, which also includes advice via video call, I can easily work throughout Germany and across national borders. In my law firm, I want to provide family law advice the way it should be in 2024: modern, digital, human and approachable.

Encrypted communication

Fast and up-to-date communication with my clients is particularly important to me. When it comes to communication, clients have very different needs and different interests must be taken into account.

On the one hand, as a lawyer, I am professionally bound to secrecy and confidentiality. For this reason, I offer encrypted communication. This technically prevents unauthorized persons from being able to access the data. The security precautions are comparable to the standards of online banking.

If you would like to communicate with me in encrypted form and exchange information, please simply send an e-mail with the keyword “encrypted” to info@jtpeters.de. You will then receive a link from me with access to the encrypted communication channel.

On the other hand, clients have also emphasized that it is a great convenience for them if they can simply communicate with me via WhatsApp and e-mail. Although I cannot technically rule out the possibility of third parties gaining access to the data exchanged, the law allows me to communicate via e-mail and WhatsApp if the client expressly requests this.

The decision is up to you and I am happy to adapt to your needs. It is important to me that the type of communication suits your needs and that you feel comfortable.

Arrival and parking

Depending on the time of day, it can be difficult to find a parking space directly in front of the office. However, there are several parking garages within walking distance of the office:

There are numerous other parking garages in the city center.

If you are traveling by public transport, get off at Fürth main station (Hauptbahnhof Fürth). The office is located directly at the main station (exit south).
